2. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by IT Direct Ltd. Prices are quoted in GBP, excluding VAT unless stated. Payment is due as per agreed terms, with late payments subject to interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

3. Delivery and Returns

Delivery times are estimates and subject to stock availability. Returns are accepted within 14 days for faulty or incorrect items, subject to our Returns Policy. Non-faulty returns may incur a restocking fee.

4. Repairs and Services

Repair services are provided with reasonable care and skill. IT Direct Ltd is not liable for data loss during repairs; clients are responsible for backing up data prior to service.

5. Liability

IT Direct Ltd’s liability is limited to the value of the goods or services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
