Returns Policy

Our Policy

IT Direct Business Ltd reserves the right to levy an administration charge in respect of the rotation of products and returns. Any products returned in a non-saleable condition may incur additional charges to restore the item to a saleable state.


Return Requirements

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of IT Direct and must comply with the following conditions:

  • Prior Authority: Must be obtained from IT Direct before returning.
  • Timeframe: Within 14 days of the invoice date the right to cancel, unused and unopened and with no damage to the packaging.
  • Condition:  Products must be properly packed in the original packaging and in saleable condition with no cosmetic damage.
  • Documentation: All returns must be accompanied by a product list and RMA form and proof of postage to be kept.
  • Return postage: Return postage is covered by the buyer. A 15% restocking fee applies to items that have been opened or used.

Note: IT Direct reserves the right to reject any products that do not comply with the conditions set out above.
